A leader in the “Southern Transitional” accused the Yemeni Interior Minister of targeting the governor of Aden, Ahmed Lamlas, and the Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries, Major General Salem al-Saqtri, revealing new information about the explosion that occurred yesterday, Sunday, in the Tawahi area in the center of Aden.
A member of the so-called “Southern Assembly” of the council, Wadah bin Attia, confirmed in a tweet on “Twitter” that the Ministry of Interior in the “Hadi government” moved its offices and departments from Aden to Seiyun two days before the explosion that occurred in Tawahi.
Bin Attia accused Hadi’s Interior Minister Ibrahim Haidan of being behind the explosion that targeted the leaders of the “transitional”, including the governor of Aden and the government’s Minister of Agriculture.
He pointed out that the “transitional” demanded the return of the “Hadi government” for services, but it returned the terrorists to Aden.
The governor of Aden, Ahmed Lamlas, and the Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries, Major General Salem Al-Saqtri, survived an explosion targeting their convoy in the Juhaif area of Tawahi, Aden governorate, on Sunday, killing a number of their escorts and wounding others.
