A major setback for the battle in Harib, after 17 continuous hours of battles


The forces of the National Army, backed by the popular resistance, continue to wage violent and continuous battles against the Houthi coup militia on various fronts of fighting in Ma’rib Governorate (eastern Yemen).

Military and field sources confirmed that the Houthi militia suffered a major setback in the battle of Harib, south of Marib, during the past hours, after violent battles that lasted for nearly 17 continuous hours.

She said that the Houthi militia is experiencing an unprecedented collapse on the Harib front, after it incurred heavy losses in equipment and lives, stressing that the militia fighters fled from combat positions on the same front amid continuous progress of the National Army.

The sources also confirmed that the national army forces, backed by the popular resistance, took control of ruling positions in the Harib front through a counter attack and intensive air coverage from the warplanes of the Arab coalition to support legitimacy in Yemen.
