A new Saudi decision regarding immigrant workers


Today, Tuesday, the Saudi Cabinet took a new decision regarding expatriate workers.
And the official news agency “SPA” stated that the Saudi Cabinet held a session today, via video call, headed by the Saudi King, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, during which it decided to approve “the work rules of the Permanent Committee for the Accreditation of Examination Centers for Expatriate Workers Abroad.”
The Saudi Council agreed, in its session, to allow Saudi government agencies to use income sharing, provided that it is one of the contracting methods to secure goods and services.
During the meeting, the Saudi Council of Ministers was briefed on a number of general topics on its agenda, topped by two annual reports of the General Presidency for Scientific Research and Ifta, and King Abdullah City for Atomic and Renewable Energy, and the Saudi Council has taken the necessary measures regarding these topics.
