A shepherd was killed after falling from the top of a mountain in Amran Governorate, yesterday, Monday.
Local sources said that the citizen, Muhammad Yahya Daqlan, fell from a high mountain, while grazing sheep, in the Dhalima Habour district, in Amran governorate, and was killed instantly.
The sources indicated that the citizen, Daqlan, fell from the top of a mountain about 500 meters high, and died.
The sources indicated that the area suffers from water scarcity and lack of rain, which forces farmers and livestock owners to climb the slopes in search of grass.
