A cargo plane belonging to the United Nations Children’s Fund “UNICEF” arrived at Sana’a International Airport today, Thursday, carrying vaccines for children under one year. According to what was reported by the “Saba” agency in its Houthi version.
The agency quoted the director of the immunization program at the Ministry of Health, Taha Al-Aqari, as saying that between the shipment was 50,550 BCG vaccines and 100 thousand bivalent vaccines, as well as 100 thousand polio vaccine elephants and 910,500 rota vaccines.
He pointed out that these vaccines will be used to vaccinate children under one year, as part of routine vaccination in all Yemeni health facilities.
