The sources added that the psychiatrist reported that the child Marwa was in a miserable condition after her psychological condition deteriorated during the period of her abduction.

The sources confirmed that a number of Mahwit sheikhs handed over the girl Marwa the day before yesterday to Sheikh Jaber Abdullah Ghalib, Sheikh of the sheikhs of Bani Hammad, who stressed the need for the kidnapper to take his deterrent punishment so that such crimes against public morals would not be repeated, and the girl was handed over to the prosecution to complete its procedures.

The sheikhs of Bani Hammad demanded the immediate referral of the accused, Jamil Shaabin, from the Al Mahwit Prosecution to the Prosecution of the Capital, Sana’a, to be punished for the crime of kidnapping the girl in front of her school in the Mathbah area of ​​the capital, Sana’a, in a friend’s car.

According to eyewitnesses, the offender “Jamil Shaabin” lured the girl into the car near Al-Hassan School, and then fled with the rest of the perpetrators.

Residents of the neighborhood where Jamil Shaabin lives reported that his brother had kidnapped a girl years ago and threatened not to release her until her family made a marriage contract between them, which was done in practice, and that his brother did the same thing, which would expand the crime of kidnapping.
