Al-Houthi militia announces that it has been subjected to air and ground bombardment, and 58 aircraft have flown over its positions in Hodeidah (statement)


The Houthi coup militia announced, on Wednesday evening, that its forces were subjected to aerial and ground bombardments on the fronts of the western coast in the Hodeidah Governorate (western Yemen).

In a statement, it said that the joint forces (government forces) launched artillery shelling and various bullets at the locations where the Houthi militias are stationed on the West Coast front.

The statement added: “The Arab coalition aircraft targeted, with several raids, the Houthi militia’s military movements and sites, in the Jabaliya area, south of Hodeidah.”

He pointed to the flight of 18 warplanes (belonging to the Arab coalition) in the airspace of Al-Fazah, Al-Jabaliya, Hays, Al-Jah, and Al-Tahita, and 40 unmanned aircraft, in the airspace of Al-Jah, Al-Fazah, Hays, Al-Jabaliya and Al-Tuhayta.

Earlier, the Arab coalition announced that it had carried out (6) targeting operations on the western coast to support the coastal forces and protect civilians.

The coalition confirmed support for the operations of the Yemeni forces on the western coast outside the Stockholm Agreement provisions.
