The Executive Office of Marib Governorate denounced the international silence over the terrorist acts practiced by the Houthi militia and its repeated targeting of civilians and displaced persons in camps with ballistic missiles and drones.
He called on the international community and the UN and US envoys to Yemen to condemn the attack on the house of the governor of Ma’rib, and all attacks on residential neighborhoods, homes and displacement camps, and considered the attacks a “war crime and a flagrant violation of international laws and covenants.”
Since last February, the Houthi militia has intensified its attacks on Marib with the aim of controlling it, as it is the most important stronghold of the government and the headquarters of the Ministry of Defense, in addition to its enjoyment of oil and gas wealth.
