On Saturday, the Minister of Defense, Lieutenant-General Muhammad al-Maqdashi, gave a briefing to the Council of Ministers, on the situation of the fighting fronts, especially in the outskirts of Marib and Shabwa governorates.

The Council stood in front of the siege imposed by the Houthi militia on the Abdiya district and the conditions of civilians in it, and what can be done to urgently lift the siege, and the duties of the international community and the United Nations in this aspect, stressing that the terrorist Houthi militia resorted to the siege and killing of civilians and the targeting of displaced people and residential neighborhoods with ballistic missiles and aircraft. The march is cowardly reprisals that rise to the level of war crimes and crimes against humanity, and their perpetrators will not go unpunished, long or short.
The Cabinet renewed Yemen’s condemnation in the strongest terms of the desperate attempts of the terrorist Houthi militia to threaten the security of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia by targeting civilian objects and airports, the latest of which was the targeting of King Abdullah Airport in Jazan, stressing Yemen’s firm and supportive position for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to take all measures and measures to confront these terrorist acts and preserve the safety of its citizens and residents.
