On Sunday, the National Army forces, backed by the popular resistance, carried out a qualitative military operation, besieging Houthi groups and forcing them to commit suicide with the mines they planted.

The sources stated that the army and resistance forces were able to besiege Houthi groups and push them to one of the minefields that the militias had recently planted to obstruct the advance of the army forces on the area, in the al-Kasara front, west of Marib.

And it confirmed the killing and wounding of dozens of Houthi militia members as a result of the explosion of mines and explosives planted by the militias on the al-Kasara front after their intense attacks on the western front of Marib during the past two months.

According to the sources, the National Army forces forced more than 40 Houthis to commit suicide after they threw themselves into the minefield, which exploded in them on the al-Kasara front, killing all of them.
