Controlling a loose lion in the streets of a Saudi city


The competent authorities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia were able to control a loose lion that was seen roaming a street in the city of Al-Khobar, which is located in the eastern region of the Kingdom.

The National Center for Wildlife Development said, in a tweet on its account on the micro-blogging site “Twitter”, that its cadres “controlled the lion at large in the city of Al-Khobar, after the center received a report of its presence in a street.”

He pointed out that “the lion was dealt with, anesthetized, and transferred to the shelter center under the care of specialists, and veterinary supervision.”

In its tweet, which was accompanied by two voices of the free Assad, the center confirmed, “The Assad was controlled without causing any harm to the population or the object.”
