Temperatures began to decrease in a number of governorates of the republic, while the Yemeni National Center of Meteorology issued its daily forecast for weather conditions during the coming hours in Yemen.
The bulletin, which was followed by the Yemeni scene, expected that the mountainous heights will witness clear to partly cloudy and relatively cold weather during the night and early morning, while convective clouds will form during the day, which may be accompanied by scattered rain on the western highlands chain, especially the southwestern highlands of the governorates (Ibb, Taiz, Al-Dhalea and Lahj). As well as parts of the highlands of the governorates (Hadramout, Shabwa and Abyan) during the afternoon and evening periods.
The bulletin stated that the weather in the coastal areas will be clear to partly cloudy, and scattered rain is likely to fall on parts of the interior areas adjacent to the western and southern coasts, and the winds are light to moderate, active at times, causing dust and sand.
She pointed out that the desert areas will witness clear weather to partly cloudy, and the winds will be northeasterly moderate, active at times, causing dust and sand.
While the Socotra archipelago will witness partly cloudy weather with the possibility of scattered rain, the winds will be southeasterly to southwesterly moderate, with a maximum speed of 18 knots.
The National Meteorological Center warned the brothers:
Citizens in areas that are expected to rain should stay away from torrential streams and valleys during and after the rain in order to preserve their safety.
– Drivers of vehicles on slopes and mountain curves from reducing the horizontal visibility due to the formation of fog or water mist.
