For the first time… Facebook takes action against the Houthi militia and provokes its anger in Sana’a

The Houthi coup militia in Sanaa announced the confiscation of Facebook and the closure of a page belonging to its presidential office on the social networking site Facebook.

The media department of the Houthi coup militia presidency condemned, in a tweet on Twitter, which was followed by “The Yemeni Scene”, that Facebook closed their page without legal justification, according to their description.

They claimed that this procedure is arbitrary and in violation of the standards claimed by the Facebook administration, while the followers mentioned them in their capacity as the coup and that the page that the Houthi coup militia claims to represent the Presidency of the Republic of Yemen is in fact a contrary page and violates a trait that it does not represent and is not recognized internationally.
