The French national team won the second edition of the European Football Championship by defeating its Spanish counterpart 2-1 in the final that brought them together today, Sunday, at the “San Siro” stadium in Milan.

The Spanish team opened the scoring in the 64th minute through Mikel Oyarzabal, and Adel Karim Benzema quickly for the French team two minutes later.

In the 80th minute, Kylian Mbappe scored the goal for the “Rooster” team, to end the final with France winning 2-1.

It is noteworthy that the Italian national team ranked third after beating its Belgian counterpart 2-1 in the match for the third and fourth place, which took place earlier today.

It is worth noting that the first edition of the European Nations League lifted its cup after Portugal defeated the Netherlands 1-0 in the final in 2019.
