“Houthis” launch a sweeping attack east of the capital, Sana’a


Today, Monday, a former Yemeni minister said that the Houthi rebels launched a sweeping attack on his house, east of the capital, Sanaa.

And the former Minister of Local Administration in the recognized Yemeni government, Abdul Raqeeb Fatah, said in a tweet on his account on the micro-blogging site “Twitter”, which was monitored by “The Yemeni Scene”, saying: “A sweeping attack now .. led by armed Houthi militias to seize my house in the urban city of Sawan.” “.

He pointed out that the leader “Taha Al-Olaybi” is the one who leads the gunmen storming the house.

This comes two days after the Houthi militia raided and seized a woman’s house in the Soufan neighborhood of Sana’a.

Over the past years, the Houthi militia has confiscated hundreds of homes of government, civilian, military and security leaders opposed to it, using the judiciary and the so-called “judicial guard” as a tool to implement its retaliatory measures.
