Military and field sources confirmed that the battles are now at their most intense between the National Army forces backed by the popular resistance and the Houthi coup militia on the outskirts of the Abdiya district, south of Marib Governorate (eastern Yemen).
According to the sources, the battles that the army and the resistance are now waging against the Houthi militia, have not been witnessed in the Abdiya district before.
The sources pointed out that the Houthi militia pushed the deceived ones, one group after another, to its crematorium, confirming on the outskirts of the Abdiya district.
The Houthi militia’s attacks on the Abdiya district coincided with intense artillery shelling on citizens’ homes, amid intense battles between government forces and terrorist militias.
The Houthi coup militia has imposed a stifling siege on the Abdiya district for several weeks, with suicide attacks and missile and artillery shelling launched by the militias on populated villages.
