Three senior Yemeni military sources revealed today, Wednesday, that huge military reinforcements from the National Resistance Forces, “Guardians of the Republic”, led by Brigadier General Tariq Muhammad Abdullah Saleh, will leave the western coast for Marib Governorate.
The sources told “Yemeni Mashhad” that four brigades of the Republic’s Guards have finished their final preparations on the western coast in preparation to leave for Marib, to support their comrades in the Yemeni army, who are fighting a heroic battle against the Houthi rebels on all fronts of the province.
The sources indicated that these forces will leave the coast with all their equipment and human strength.
The sources did not specify the date of the departure of the Republican Guard forces, but they expected their arrival in Marib soon.
The heroes of the Yemeni army and the tribes backed by the fighters of the Arab coalition that support legitimacy on the one hand, and the Houthi militia on the other, are fighting fierce battles in the south and west of the oil-rich governorate, which is crowded with hundreds of thousands of displaced people.
