“Tariq Saleh” mourns a leader of the National Resistance in the West Coast, the day after the withdrawal of the “joint”

Today, Saturday, the Commander of the National Resistance, Head of the Political Bureau, Brigadier General Tariq Muhammad Abdullah Saleh, offered his condolences on the martyrdom of the staff of the Fourth Brigade, Tihama – National Resistance, Colonel Haitham Berri.

In his condolences to the family of the martyr and his comrades in the trench of honor and valor, Brigadier General Tariq praised the virtues of “Berry” and his remarkable heroic role in the battles against the Houthi militia’s priesthood and its attempt to confiscate the republican regime in favor of the Iranian and Imamate agenda.

The leader of the National Resistance said: Here is Tihama that proves once again, as Yemenis have known throughout history, that it is in the front lines, a sacrifice for the homeland and republican principles, and here it is offering new pure blood with the rise of Colonel Haitham Berri as a martyr in the trenches of heroism and defense of the homeland and the republic.

Brigadier-General Tariq affirmed that comrades-in-arms, including commanders, officers, non-commissioned officers, and soldiers in the national resistance and the joint forces, are on the path of the martyrs, walking until the liberation of every inch of the pure Yemeni land from the filth of the Houthi militia.

Berri was martyred during clashes that took place between the staff of the Fourth Brigade, the Tihamia resistance, Haitham Berri, a group of brigade soldiers, and Houthi attackers trying to storm the strategic Al-Khoukha district, south of Hodeidah, which led to Berri’s death.

The confrontations took place in the Al-Hima area, on the outskirts of Al-Khoukha, after Berri’s forces refused to implement the withdrawal announced by the Joint Forces Command, according to a military source.

The source confirmed the death and injury of a number of Berri’s companions and other families of the Houthi rebels, pointing out that “the Houthi militia fighters advanced towards the center of the Khokha district, south of Hodeidah Governorate.”

This comes a day after the joint Yemeni forces announced that they had carried out a withdrawal from the areas east and south of the city of Hodeidah.
