Today, Sunday, the owner and founder of the first private hospital in the Republic of Yemen passed away in the Yemeni capital, Sana’a.
Medical sources told Al-Mashhad Al-Yemeni that Dr. Ahmed Al-Khazan, owner of Al-Khazan Specialized Hospital, died in the early hours of Sunday morning.
According to the sources, Al-Khazan is the owner of the first investment project in the field of private hospitals in Yemen after establishing the “Al-Khazan Specialty Hospital” in the Shumaila area of the capital, Sana’a.
The sources confirmed that Al-Khazan Hospital obtained the certificate of the best private hospital in Sana’a during the year 2020-2021, according to the assessment of the Ministry of Health in the capital, Sana’a, which is under the control of the Houthi coup militia.
The body of Dr. Ahmed Al-Khazan was buried in one of the cemeteries near the Shumaila area in the capital, Sana’a.
