The Houthi militia begins merging two fronts in Marib and encircling the city… and the coalition intervenes strongly

Today, the southern fronts in Marib governorate witnessed fierce battles, in light of a Houthi attempt to merge two fronts for weeks, in order to encircle the city.

Media sources said that the “Umm Reish – Dhanna” front witnessed fierce battles this morning, accompanied by intense raids by Arab coalition fighters, according to what Al-Arabiya/Al-Hadath correspondent reported.

The sources pointed out that the clashes and battles are taking place in parts of the Al-Sawad Mountains between Bani Dabyan, Sana’a, Al-Juba and Sirwah in Ma’rib.

She indicated that the forces of the National Army, backed by the popular resistance, were able to tighten their positions and adhere to them, and to exhaust the Houthi militias.

The sources confirmed that the army and the resistance forces prevented the merger of the two militia fronts from the southern and western sides of the Ma’rib governorate.

For weeks, the Houthi militia has been trying to integrate the western and southern fronts in Marib Governorate, to no avail, due to the painful strikes of the army and resistance forces, and the support of Arab coalition fighters.
