The joint forces control strategic sites in Hodeidah and Taiz, amid the collapse of the “Houthis”


Today, Saturday, the joint Yemeni forces managed to control strategic sites in the governorates of Al-Hodeidah and Taiz, amid collapses that hit the ranks of the Houthi rebels.

The media center of the armed forces said, in a statement seen by “The Yemeni Scene”, that “the joint forces continue to advance south of Hodeidah for the second day in a row and control strategic sites overlooking the city of Hays and others overlooking the center of the Maqbna district.”

He pointed out that the battles are still continuing amid a widespread collapse in the ranks of the Houthi militia.

The military media of the National Resistance Forces had announced that the Eighth Guards of the Republic Brigade had liberated the Al-Qudhaiba and Ali Mohsen areas in the Hays district, and it was still advancing amid the collapse and flight of Houthi elements.

Units of the military engineering of the joint forces began clearing the recently liberated areas north and west of Hays District, from mines and remnants of the Houthi war.
