Today, Saturday, the Yemeni army, backed by tribesmen and Arab coalition fighters, revealed the latest developments in the battles with the Houthi rebels on the southern and western fronts of Marib Governorate.
The Media Center of the Armed Forces stated, in a communiqué seen by “The Yemeni Scene”, that the artillery of the army destroyed three crews of the Houthi militia, including their equipment, in the south of the governorate.
He pointed out that the coalition fighters destroyed five other combat vehicles, including an armored vehicle.
He pointed out that the army forces, backed by the popular resistance, defeated the Houthi militia from several locations south and west of Marib, incurring losses in equipment and lives.
Yesterday, Friday evening, the army announced the killing and wounding of dozens of Houthi militia members and the destruction of a number of combat vehicles and equipment, by the army’s firefighters and raids by coalition fighters to support legitimacy along the fighting fronts west and south of the oil province, which is crowded with hundreds of thousands of displaced people.
