Today, Thursday, the heroes of the Yemeni army, backed by the popular resistance, fought fierce battles against the Houthi militia south of Marib Governorate, inflicting heavy losses on it in lives and equipment.
A military source told the Armed Forces Media Center that the heroes of the army and the resistance broke an attack by the militia on a site in the al-Juba front and forced it to retreat and flee after it lost dozens of dead and wounded.
He added that the army’s artillery damaged three crews belonging to the Houthi militia, and those on board were killed or wounded.
The Media Center of the Armed Forces documented some of the heroic epics fought by the heroes of the army and the resistance, which ended with the escape of the Houthi militia under the strikes of the heroes, leaving the bodies of their dead in the battlefield.
The media center’s camera also documented the morale of the heroes of the army and resistance after the victory, who affirmed their determination to defeat the Iranian Houthi militia from every inch of the country and restore security and stability throughout the country.
On the same front, the fighters of the Coalition to Support Legitimacy, with 6 air strikes, targeted Houthi militia sites and gatherings, resulting in deaths and injuries among the militia and the destruction of its vehicles and equipment.
The Minister of Defense, Lieutenant-General Muhammad Ali Al-Maqdashi, said that the Houthi militia’s latest attempt in southern Ma’rib governorate came after the failure of its impulses since the beginning of last year and its continuous setbacks on the western and northern fronts of the governorate and in the areas of Al-Jawf governorate.
